| eMc3's core business is to analyse and enhance numerical data of varying complexity and "dryness." Interactive cartography is one aspect of this. Other eMc3 activities include: Drafting executive summaries We handle all or part of the process, from data analysis to print-outs, including report drafting, graphs, maps and layout. The summary can also be combined with a CD-ROM. e.g.: 2001 annual report on emergency service activities in Midi-Pyrénées, for Orumip, the Midi-Pyrénées emergency services regional observatory. Performing statistical surveys We handle each step of the process: designing the questionnaire and its content, creating the input application with consistency checks, entering and processing the results, producing an executive summary. e.g.: survey for URML, (regional GP association)
Information system organisation counselling Organising the collection of data to provide input for an information system is a complex process. We can help you achieve this, for example, by building a database management system or by creating input applications. e.g.: collection of social reports of local governments through an Excel questionnaire, for the Ministry of the Interior. Directing project groups prior to implementing, for example, an Intranet or website e.g.: specifications for Intranet and websites of ACMS, Ile-de-France occupational medicine association. Providing training for knowledge transfer If we have provided you with an interactive cartography application, we can train the concerned persons to be able to manage updates, depending on your needs. e.g.: statistical analysis, semiology of cartography, using the required software in three fields: databases: Access,mySql, SQL Server, etc. cartography: MapInfo, Arcview web tools: Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop
